Concept and thoughts
When it comes to food I am not an expert. And the good news is that I will not pretend to be!
I know myself that I feel happier when I have eaten, than when I havent...and even happier when Ive eaten something nice.
Nice? Taste is of course relative, but there is a misconception that a tomato is a tomato, and a mushroom a mushroom.
Where you buy, when you buy, how you store, how you cook and when you serve all play a part in distinguishing one pea soup from another.
Thats a part of what HAWL stands for. An alternative, and a tasty one.
